Greg is a founding member of the La Jolla Foundation and he and his family have been deeply dedicated to San Diego philanthropies and activities as well as national and international charities. A successful practicing real estate attorney and native San Diegan, Patrick brings a unique blend of legal acumen and local insight to the dynamic world of real estate. Patrick’s legal career commenced at an AmLaw 200 firm, where he refined his skills representing clients in both state and federal courts, navigating the intricacies of commercial litigation. His was then recruited to a well-regarded real estate law firm where he specialized in resolving complex financial, title, escrow, land use, mortgage, and contractual issues for executives, developers, title insurance companies, and property owners. Since joining Greg Noonan & Associates in 2018, Patrick has consistently exceeded expectations, using his honed negotiation skills to ensure advantage and craft optimal results for his clients. Patrick and his wife, Brianne, are parents to three young children and enjoy boating, fishing, golf, snow skiing, entertaining and travel.

Conor seamlessly blends his financial expertise with a passion for real estate, creating a unique and valuable skill set for his clients’ benefit. A graduate of Santa Clara University’s prestigious Leavey School of Business, Conor holds a degree in Financial Analysis, which, combined with his experience in retooling management and data systems for an internet retailer for over five years, brings a strategic edge to the family business. Conor possesses a keen mind and sharp wit, and his clients’ success stand as testament to his integrity, loyalty, and clever negotiations. Conor and his wife, Bruna, (successful Founder of Grazing Box San Diego,) have been married since 2022. Conor is an avid fisherman and accomplished grill-master who enjoys surfing, snow skiing, and entertaining friends at home with Bruna.
